Amentum Work Control Clerk in Al Udeid, Qatar

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Maintains, updates, reviews, annotates, and files historical records for all Vehicle Management assets.

  • Maintains, updates, reviews, annotates, and files historical records for FSE assets.

  • Ensures that historical records are checked for accuracy, and properly filed upon completion.

  • Responsible for receipt actions to vehicle historical records.

  • Responsible for collecting all KSD data for newly received assets.

  • Collects all vehicle data for Air Certification Letters and DVR.

  • Prepares all tasking shipment records.

  • Prepares all monthly PMI documents.

  • Inventory and update parts reconciliation tracking for DPAS Warehouse duties.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be able to understand, speak, read and write English at an intermediate level.

  • Must be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat preferred.

  • Must be able to exercise initiative, judgment and know-how in the performance of complex, confidential and difficult duties.

Experience & Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Must have one year experience in administrative or clerical capacity.

  • Must have general vehicle knowledge

  • DPAS experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment:

  • Works in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.

  • Will be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.

  • Physically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
