Amentum UH-60 Inspector (Vacante Futura) in Bogota, Colombia

This offer only applies for Colombian Local Candidates.

o Technical degree in aviation maintenance from an accredited civilian or military institution.

o Minimum of 10 years related aviation line-maintenance experience in the military or commercial aviation field.

o Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a licensed aviation quality control inspector.

o Possess a FAA Inspection Authorization license or Colombian Aeronautica Civil equivalent.

o Must have experience as a quality control inspector in corresponding aircraft or specialty.

o For UH-2, UH-60, or C-208 candidates, experience as an aviation quality control inspector in corresponding aircraft or specialty is required.

o For AT-802 candidates, 5 years experience as an inspector is required on fixed-wing aircraft with equivalent components such as PT-6 engine and complex propeller drive is required. AT-802 experience is preferred.

o Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management of aviation technical manuals and publications.

o Experience with maintenance and logistics management of Bell HUEY-II, Sikorsky UH-60, C-208 Caravan, or AT-802 aircraft (as applicable to specific job duties) is preferred.

o Knowledge of Microsoft Office and an automated maintenance management system is required. Experience with the Army Maintenance Management System is preferred.

o English language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/2, S/2; Spanish language ability equivalent to the Foreign Service Institute Level R/3, S/3 is required. Strong written English skills are preferred.

o Knowledge of Colombian Aeronautica Civil, U.S. FAA, and U.S. military maintenance regulations is required.

o Knowledge of Colombian safety standards and procedures is required.
