Amentum Program Project Analyst in Vance, Oklahoma

Amentum is seeking a Program Project Analyst to join the ACES Vance Team located in Enid, OK. The Program Project Analyst develops, interprets, and implements financial and administrative concepts for the program.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Conducts special studies to analyze financial actions and prepares recommendations for program management review.

  • Interprets and applies policies, government legislation and accounting theories.

  • Ensures compliance with internal procedures and regulatory agencies.

  • Acts as a liaison between program controls group and prepares comparative evaluation of actual costs against budgets.

  • Makes recommendations to management regarding cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies.

  • Develops plans including budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements.

  • Coordinates, negotiates, and resolves financial compliance issues with various agencies.

  • Oversee purchasing orders and receiving program for product purchases.

  • Responsible for the coordination of inspections, repairs, documentation, and reporting of 60 Sunshade Shelters to protect fleet the assigned training aircraft.

  • Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • High school degree or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, preferred.

  • Minimum four (4) years’ experience in a similar role

  • Demonstrate proficiency in finance and accounting relational databases.

  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and General Accepted Accounting principles (GAAP).

  • Knowledge of Deltek preferred.

  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Results oriented individual with exceptional organizational skills and able to work independently.
