The PP sub-team works closely with the World Trade Center (“WTC”) Health Program to determine whether an individual’s medical condition(s) can be certified as eligible for compensation from the VCF in accordance with WTC Health Program guidelines. The PP sub-team is also responsible for providing medical expertise regarding the severity of an individual’s 9/11-related medical condition(s) and answering medical questions from VCF legal staff.
